A 6-month, high-touch inner circle for creators, practitioners, and emerging leaders who are ready to grow their work inside a living, resonant field.

You can find a desk almost anywhere.

What’s rare is a space that holds your nervous system, your vision, your creative process, and your leadership at the same time.

This is for the ones who don’t just want a place to sit — they want a place to be held while they build…

Residency at The Portal is ideal for you if:

  • You’re a practitioner, creative, entrepreneur, or emerging leader with something real you’re building — an offer, a body of work, a business, a practice, or a movement.

  • You’re tired of trying to “figure it all out” alone in your living room, on Zoom, or in scattered pockets of time.

  • You want both energetic support (regulation, sound, breath, community) and practical support (clarity, strategy, structure, accountability).

  • You crave a smaller, curated community where you’re actually seen and known — not just another big program or noisy group.

  • You’re willing to invest your time, energy, and resources for six months to create real momentum.

What You Receive Each Month

Every month, Residents come together for a two-hour Think Tank inside The Portal. These sessions weave strategy, somatic practice, and collaborative intelligence to help you refine your focus, dissolve blocks, regulate your system, and reconnect with your creative direction. It becomes your anchor for the month ahead.

Residents can also join a monthly workshop dedicated to building practical skills. These workshops rotate through themes like offer development, pricing, storytelling, facilitation, nervous system leadership, business foundations, and creative confidence. This is where the Residency shifts from insight into implementation — it gives you tools, strategies, and real-world application to support the work you're doing inside and outside the space.

You’ll also receive a private 30-minute touchpoint with Chelan. This is your time for personal clarity, alignment, feedback, or support — whether you’re refining an offering, building confidence, mapping next steps, or navigating a challenge with your energy or leadership.

Each Resident also receives a monthly Creative Time Block inside The Portal. You may use suite hours or you can choose studio hours for practice, content creation, ceremony development, or deep work. This is intentional time carved out for you to actually build what you’re building.

Residents also participate in a monthly Residency Gong & Gather — a dedicated sound immersion designed to reset your system, empty what you’ve been holding, and drop you back into the clarity and presence needed to lead your life and work well.

You’ll be connected to the other Residents through a private group space for ongoing support, conversation, accountability, and collaboration. This is where the community breathes between sessions. And as a Resident, you become part of The Portal ecosystem, receiving early access to select opportunities, invitations, and aligned collaborations as they arise.

Residency is a six-month commitment. The cohort is capped at ten people to preserve depth, intimacy, and quality of support.

Investment

Most people invest thousands of dollars to attend a retreat that lasts a few days with little to no integration afterward. Residency at The Portal offers six months of continuity, support, strategy, space, and somatic grounding at a fraction of that cost — and with far more depth.

The investment for Residency is $550 per month for six months. A two-payment option is available at $1,650 on enrollment and $1,650 at 90 days. A pay-in-full option of $3,100 is also available for those who prefer a single payment.

This is not a fee for space. It’s an investment in a season of being held while you bring your work, vision, and leadership into a new level of expression.

The field is designed to build over time — each month compounding into deeper alignment, clarity, and forward movement.

How to Apply

Residency is by application only. I’m not looking for perfect answers — I’m looking for alignment, readiness, and resonance. Once you apply, I’ll personally review your submission and reach out with next steps if the cohort feels like the right fit.
